GOING from 0 To 4KM A Day in 28Days - How I Ran 1KM+ A Day for 31Days |3...

This is an amazing experience which I believe is worth sharing with you all. I joined a challenge to run at least 1KM A Day for 31 Days straight but.... There is a twist.
I started not having run in years and never thought I could do 1KM a day but surprise surprise, I went from 1KM a day to running 4KM A day? I still can't believe it.
